Poor bed sheet, bed, pillow lot of cockroaches. No restaurant. Daily cleaning the room absent. Replacing towel soap is absent. Kaiser is low volume.

Poor housekeeping dirty linens only one towel provided for two persons blanket not provided even after repeated requests ac making noise, no cooling fan regulator not functional, so only full speed no restaurant arrangement for tea coffee on first floor, very dirty room, no tables, chairs not arranged, dirty space with dust all around mmt should remove this female the list as highly priced compared to facilities provided

Hotel annamalai location is good near to railway station. But facilities like intercom and hot water is a challenge. Management seems to be reluctant on these facilities. Needs effective supervision

Rooms is big, ac is not good old window ac type, no cooling, no drinking water kept, no intercom, reception need to improve a lot. Very old hotel. But seems to be it was one of the good hotel. We as traveler expect good service. But slight disappointment.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms had a persistent unpleasant smell, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective and didn't provide any real relief from the heat. Overall, i feel that the value for money was not satisfactory, and i wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. I have booked 3 rooms all a are same condition.

I didn't stay at the hotel. There were no rooms to give. While i had actually paid for the 訂房網站. I have raised a request regarding this.

The stay is very bad please don't suggest this place to anyone even after booking the hotel a day prior they made us wait for one hour in the midnight. There is no proper service for anything. Very much disappointed and irritated with place didn't even provide blanket and even basic necessitity water bottle is also not given by trusting you we booked the room is this the way you suggest the places to us. For that worst stay we were not interested. There were cockroaches also in the room
